Can confirm. I had the same problem with an older CPU. I ended up sticking with Windows 10 for that machine.

Can confirm. You could also check if a clean install from a USB drive bypasses the check, but you'd still need more RAM for it to run properly.

Same here. I had the same problem with that error. Honestly, I ended up just manually copying my important folders to an external drive—it was the only way I felt totally sure.
