Yeah, that's a known thing. The 7700K is actually just below the cutoff—Microsoft requires 8th Gen Intel or newer for the official upgrade path. There are unofficial workarounds, but they aren't supported and can be a bit risky.

Same here. I had the same problem. I had to go into my BIOS and manually enable both TPM and Secure Boot, even though the checker said I was ready. Hope that helps.

+1 You could also check if there's a BIOS update for your motherboard, as that sometimes adds TPM support for older chips.
