You could also try updating your motherboard's BIOS to a newer version, as that often adds the Secure Boot option.

Agreed. Yeah, that CPU is a bummer—it's just outside the cutoff. Have you checked your BIOS to see if TPM is maybe just disabled?

Can confirm. This happened to me last month. For me, it was a loose RAM stick; reseating it fixed the blank screen immediately.
