This happened to me on my Gigabyte board. I had to clear the Secure Boot keys and reset to "Setup Mode" before re-enabling it.

Yeah, I had the same problem. On my ThinkCentre, I had to enable Secure Boot in the BIOS, but also change the boot mode from Legacy to UEFI first.
