Agreed, that usually does the trick. Also, if you're on a newer Windows version, double-check that the "Get album info from the internet" option is still enabled in the privacy settings. Hope that helps.

Can confirm. Did you check if TPM 2.0 is enabled in your BIOS? It might just be turned off.

This. I had the same problem with an older CPU. Ended up sticking with Windows 10 and it's been perfectly fine.

This happened to me. I had to enable Intel PTT, but also make sure the "Secure Boot" option was set to "Enabled," not just "Standard," before the check would pass.
