This. You could also try a clean install with the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool, as it sometimes bypasses the checker's quirks.

Yeah, and for the taskbar, you might check if the "Lock the taskbar" option is checked in its right-click menu.

Yeah, This happened to me with a different Atmos-capable monitor. I had to go into the Sound Control Panel, select the device under "Playback," and manually enable Atmos in the "Spatial sound" tab there.

Yeah, I had the same problem. Even after enabling everything in BIOS, I had to clear the TPM in Windows security before the check finally passed. Hope that helps.
