You could also try updating your motherboard BIOS, as that's often required for TPM 2.0 support.

Yeah, that Boot Repair tool is a lifesaver. Just make sure you back up your data first, since messing with bootloaders always carries a small risk.

Yeah, and just a heads up, after you enable those you might need to also clear your TPM from within Windows before the installer will recognize it. Let me know if that works.
