+1 You could also check if your motherboard has a TPM 2.0 module you need to enable in the BIOS. Another option is using the official Media Creation Tool, which sometimes bypasses the Health App's block.

Same here. Agreed, and also make sure any external antivirus is temporarily disabled, as it can sometimes interfere with the file backup process. Good luck!

Did you also check if TPM 2.0 is enabled in the BIOS? That's the usual culprit. Hope that helps.

Can confirm. I had the same problem. I used the Rufus tool to create a Windows 11 USB and it let me bypass the TPM check during setup. Let me know if that works.

I had the same problem with an older i5. The USB clean install trick the other user mentioned is what finally worked for me.

Same here. Yeah, that's a good point. Also, try clearing the TPM from within Windows after you enable it in the BIOS, that sometimes kicks it into gear.
