Agreed, that chip is from before the TPM requirement. A small tip: you could try a clean install from a USB if you really want to force it, but it's not officially supported. Good luck!

Same here. You could also try resetting the BIOS to its default settings, as an unstable configuration there can cause this. Let me know if that works.

+1 I had the same problem with an older AMD system. I ended up staying on Windows 10, honestly.

Same here. This happened to me with a similar setup. I had to update my BIOS to a newer version before the fTPM option even showed up. Let me know if that works.
