Agreed, switching to AHCI can do the trick. Also, double-check that Secure Boot is set to "Windows UEFI mode" and not just enabled.

Had the same problem. Double-check that Secure Boot is set to "Windows UEFI mode" and not "Other OS," and make sure your BIOS is fully updated. Sometimes a reset to factory settings in the BIOS can clear that mismatch.

I had the same problem with a different Dell model. I used the Rufus method the other person mentioned and it worked perfectly.

Yeah, agreed. Also try enabling TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot in your BIOS if you haven't already—that's usually the culprit.
