I had the same problem. For me, turning off Windows Search and Superfetch in Services made a huge difference.

Same here. Did you ever check if your motherboard's BIOS has a TPM setting you can enable? Hope that helps.

Same here. Another option is to just replace the icon manually by right-clicking the shortcut, going to Properties, and changing the icon there.
