This happened to me. I used the Windows App SDK and WinUI 3 controls, which automatically gave it that native look.

This. I had the same problem. I had to go into the BIOS and manually enable both TPM and Secure Boot to get past it. Hope that helps.

You could also try using the official Media Creation Tool to do a clean install instead of the upgrade.

Same here. You could also check if your i5-7500 is on the supported CPU list, as that might be the actual blocker. Let me know if that works.
