You could also look into upgrading your RAM to 8GB, which is the official minimum and a pretty affordable fix. Another option is to just stick with Windows 10, as it's supported until late 2025.

+1 Also, if you're using GRUB, make sure your Windows boot partition is actually accessible and not flagged by Secure Boot.
