Agreed. Another quick tip: you can also just click a blank spot in the address bar itself to highlight the full path for copying. Good luck!

Same here. This happened to me. I finally got TPM sorted, but then the upgrade installer just froze halfway through.

I had the same problem. I ended up using a free tool called CPU-Z, which clearly lists the core counts and threads in its specs tab.
