Same here. You could also try creating a fresh Windows 11 installation USB using the Media Creation Tool and doing a clean install instead of an upgrade. Let me know if that works.

Yeah, that's a good call. Also, double-check that the TPM is set to 2.0 and not 1.2 in the BIOS security settings.

Can confirm. I had the same problem. I ended up having to update the BIOS on my ProDesk before the TPM 2.0 setting would even show up. Good luck!
