Agreed. I had the same problem. For me, it was the secure boot setting that was the final blocker, even after enabling TPM.

Yeah, that S error is usually Secure Boot; did you find that setting in the BIOS under the Security or Boot tab? Hope that helps.

You could also try updating your motherboard BIOS, since older versions sometimes don't enable fTPM correctly for Windows 11.

Yeah, that AMD chip is pretty old—have you checked if your motherboard even has a TPM header or if it's just unsupported? Good luck!

I had the same problem with an older processor. I ended up staying on Windows 10, which honestly still works perfectly for me.
