Yeah, Also, make sure Secure Boot is enabled in the BIOS too, as Windows 11 needs both.

Agreed. Have you tried checking if there's a high contrast theme in the accessibility settings that gets closer to true black? Good luck!

Yeah, and just to double-check, did you also enable Secure Boot in the BIOS after turning on TPM? Hope that helps.

+1 Just to be clear, that bypass method is a workaround and might not get future updates, so have you checked your TPM settings in the BIOS yet?
