Can confirm. You could also check if there's a newer BIOS version from HP's support site, since that can sometimes enable the TPM requirement.

I had the same problem with my 7700K. I ended up doing a clean install with a USB drive and it's been running Windows 11 without any issues. Let me know if that works.

Can confirm. Agreed, and one more thing—make sure Secure Boot is enabled too, it's another common trip-up.
