+1 Another option is to temporarily disable any third-party antivirus software during the upgrade, as it can sometimes interfere.

Agreed. Also, is TPM 2.0 turned on? That's another common requirement it might be checking.

Agreed. And make sure your BIOS is fully updated too, sometimes that's the missing piece.
