Yeah, and if you do get a module, make sure it's specifically listed as compatible with your Z370 board.

This. Agreed, and one more thing: after you enable those settings in BIOS, you might need to also turn off BitLocker temporarily for the upgrade to go smoothly.

Yeah, I had the same problem with an older CPU. I ended up just sticking with Windows 10 for that machine.
