Yeah, and double-check that your storage has at least 64GB free space, as that's another easy one to miss. Let me know if that works.

This. I had the same problem. On my own ThinkCentre, Secure Boot was actually enabled in the BIOS, but it was set to "Other OS" and switching it to "Windows UEFI" was the fix.
