Agreed. You could also try running the Windows Update troubleshooter, since it can sometimes fix underlying issues with the install files.

+1 You could also try using the official Media Creation Tool and selecting "Remove requirement for 4GB+ RAM, Secure Boot, and TPM 2.0" during setup.

Can confirm. Also, have you double-checked that your PC meets all the Windows 11 requirements, like TPM 2.0?

This happened to me. I finally got it to work by using the Media Creation Tool to create a USB installer and upgrading from there instead of through Windows Update.
