This happened to me on my older Gigabyte board. I had to change the BIOS from "Other OS" to "Windows UEFI" mode for Secure Boot to actually work right. Good luck!

Can confirm. Another option is to check if your motherboard has a TPM setting you need to enable in the BIOS. Good luck!

This. Yeah, and also double-check that Secure Boot is enabled in there too—it’s another common trip-up.

+1 Yep, that Secure Boot switch was the final key for me too. After that, the installer finally stopped complaining. Let me know if that works.
