Yeah, I had the same problem after my upgrade. For me, a clean reinstall of Windows 11, instead of the upgrade, finally fixed the constant 100% disk usage. Hope that helps.

Yeah, that's exactly what worked for me too. Just a heads up, on some laptops it might be listed as "Intel Platform Trust Technology" or PTT in the BIOS instead of TPM.
