Same here. This happened to me too. A clean install from a USB drive was the only thing that finally fixed it for me. Hope that helps.

+1 And after clearing those, did you try removing and re-pairing the device in your Bluetooth settings?

Agreed. I had the same problem with an older processor. The official compatibility list is really strict, and the installer won't budge.
