Can confirm. Agreed, clearing the TPM can definitely help. Also, try disabling Secure Boot, saving and exiting the BIOS, then going right back in to re-enable it—that can sometimes force it to be recognized.

Yeah, Agreed, and one more thing—double-check that Secure Boot is enabled in the BIOS too, as Windows 11 requires both.
