This happened to me with an Optiplex 7050. I had to update the BIOS to the latest version before the Secure Boot option showed up.

Agreed, and it's worth making sure Secure Boot is enabled in your BIOS too. That one trips up a lot of people.

Can confirm. You could also try the high contrast themes under Accessibility settings, as some of those get closer to true black.

+1 Before you go that route, have you double-checked that the TPM is set to 2.0 and not 1.2 in the BIOS?

So my PC meets all the other requirements for Windows 11 (TPM 2.0, secure boot, etc.) but the installer keeps blocking me. I keep getting this error message:

**"This PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements to install Windows 11."**
