Same here. This happened to me after the 23H2 update. I had to go through and manually turn everything off again, which was a real pain.

Thanks, that worked! But now I can't log into Netflix at all on my account—it says my password is wrong, even though it's right on my phone.

Yeah this is common. I had this issue with an older laptop. Unfortunately, 4GB is a hard requirement, and there's no official workaround. You will need to upgrade to at least 8GB of RAM to proceed.

This. I had the same problem. The Health Check app gave me the green light, but the actual upgrade failed twice before it finally went through.
