I had the same problem with that error code. I ended up using the built-in File History backup on a separate drive, and it saved me when the upgrade did a weird rollback. Good luck!

This. I had the same problem. For me, it turned out to be a driver from my old audio interface that wasn't compatible.

Can confirm. Did you check if your power plan got switched to something like "Power Saver" after the upgrade? Let me know if that works.
