I had the same problem. For me, the fix was disabling Secure Boot, saving and exiting the BIOS, then going right back in and re-enabling it.

Can confirm. Yeah, that's the way to go. A quick tip: after installing the pack, you might need to right-click the desktop, go to personalize, and select the new theme to apply it.

Agreed. Yeah, that fixed it for me too. Also, try temporarily disabling any third-party antivirus before starting the upgrade.
