I had the same problem. For me, the PC Health Check tool was useless until I went into the BIOS and manually enabled both Secure Boot and the TPM.

Agreed. Yeah, that's a solid suggestion. Also, make sure your chipset drivers from the manufacturer's website are up to date, not just the ones Windows Update gives you.
