Can confirm. I had the same problem. It finally started working again for me after I went into the privacy settings and re-checked that box for getting media info online.

+1 You could also try using the official Microsoft PC Health Check app to see exactly which requirement you're missing. Another option is checking if HP has released a specific BIOS update for your model that enables full Windows 11 support. Hope that helps.

Can confirm. I had the same problem last week. Restarting didn't fix it for me, but running the System File Checker from Command Prompt finally did the trick.
