+1 You could also try updating your BIOS to the latest version, as that sometimes resolves TPM and Secure Boot compatibility issues.

Agreed. You could also make sure Auto HDR is turned on for supported games, it really makes colors pop. Let me know if that works.

You could also try creating a fresh Windows 11 installer USB with the Media Creation Tool, as sometimes the upgrade files themselves get corrupted.
