+1 Yeah, the 7700K is a tricky one since it's technically on the cusp—have you checked if TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot are definitely enabled in your BIOS? Good luck!

You could also look into a registry edit workaround to bypass the CPU check, but that's not officially supported.
