Can confirm. Also, make sure you’re saving the BIOS changes before exiting, sometimes it’s easy to miss that step.

I had the same problem. I ended up having to boot from a USB and do a clean install, which was a pain.

This. I had the same problem with a similar model. A BIOS update from Lenovo's support site finally enabled Secure Boot properly for me.
