+1 I had the same problem with my 7700K. It's genuinely not on Microsoft's supported list, so that error is final.

+1 Another option is to just manually copy your important Documents and Desktop folders to an external drive for total peace of mind.

This. You could also try clearing the TPM from within the BIOS, as sometimes it needs to be reset to be properly recognized.
