This. Yeah, that endless reboot loop is brutal. One thing that finally stopped it for me was disconnecting all my extra USB drives before starting the install. Let me know if that works.

Can confirm. Yeah, that re-enable trick is solid. Also, double-check if your disk partition style is GPT and not MBR, as that can block it too.

Agreed. I had the same problem. I had to go back into the BIOS and actually enable the TPM security device, not just turn on the setting.
