I had the same problem. I ended up switching to MusicBee like the other person suggested, and it finds all the details instantly.

This. I had the same problem on my ASUS board. For me, I had to disable CSM in the BIOS completely, save and reboot, and then the PC Health Check finally recognized Secure Boot. Hope that helps.

You could also try using the Windows 11 Installation Assistant tool instead of the regular installer, as it sometimes handles compatibility checks differently.
