Agreed. I had the same problem. For me, I had to update my motherboard's BIOS to a newer version before those TPM and Secure Boot options even became available to enable.

+1 I had the same problem with an older Dell at my office. My IT guy ended up pushing the upgrade through for me using their management tools.
