Can confirm. I had the same problem. I fixed the 0xc000000f error by booting from a Windows installer USB and using the startup repair option first.

+1 I had the same problem with an older CPU. That Pentium isn't on Microsoft's supported list, so it's a hard block, even if TPM is enabled.

Same here. Yeah, that workaround can definitely get you going. Just a heads up, you might miss out on some future security features that rely on TPM. Hope that helps.
