I had the same problem. That exact processor was the reason I couldn't upgrade either, so I'm just staying on Windows 10 for now. Let me know if that works.

Yeah, This happened to me with an older laptop. The 4GB requirement is strict, and I ended up needing to add more RAM to upgrade.

Agreed. This happened to me. I fixed it by booting from a Windows 10 USB and using the startup repair tool from there.

You could also check if your motherboard has a TPM setting you need to enable in the BIOS, as that sometimes gets overlooked.

Can confirm. I had the same problem. For me, running the startup repair tool from a Windows 11 USB installer finally got things moving again.
