You could also try using the Windows 11 Installation Assistant tool instead of the Windows Update method. Another option is to temporarily disconnect any non-essential peripherals before starting the upgrade.

This. I had the same problem. I had to manually turn on TPM 2.0 in my BIOS before the installer would finally work. Good luck!
