This. I had the same problem with my HP printer after the upgrade. I ended up downloading the driver directly from HP's website instead of using Windows Update, and that finally fixed it.

Yeah, and sometimes background apps eat up just enough to trip the check. Try closing everything you can and run it again.

Agreed. You could also try manually enabling TPM and Secure Boot in your BIOS, as sometimes they get reset or aren't on by default.
