Yeah, that clean install trick really helps. Also, try disabling some of the new visual effects in Settings to free up a bit of extra performance.

Yeah, You could also try creating a new user profile, as the upgrade sometimes corrupts the old one and your shortcuts might be intact there. Hope that helps.

Just to clarify, are you checking for a setting called "AMD fTPM" or "Platform Trust Technology" in your BIOS instead?
