Can confirm. I had the same problem. For me, the error code cleared up after I disconnected all my non-essential USB devices before starting the upgrade again. Hope that helps.

You could also try running the Activation Troubleshooter again, but this time make sure you're signed into the Microsoft account that holds your digital license. This. After enabling it, did you also clear the TPM in Windows before running the check again?
