Same here. Also, have you tried creating a fresh user profile to see if the shortcuts reappear there? Hope that helps.

Same here. You could also try disabling Secure Boot, saving, and then re-enabling it again in your BIOS. Another option is to check if your disk partition style is GPT, not MBR, as that's also a requirement.
