This happened to me with a similar older Ryzen. I had to update my motherboard BIOS before the fTPM option even showed up.

+1 This happened to me on my ASUS board too. I had to enable the "Install Default Secure Boot keys" option in the BIOS before it finally passed the check.

Yeah, You could also try manually enabling fTPM in your BIOS settings if your CPU is relatively modern. Another option is to check if your motherboard manufacturer offers a dedicated TPM module you can purchase and install. Hope that helps.
